01

About Clickgo

Clickgo Digital (“Clickgo”, “we”) runs a shipping, checkout and growth platform for Indian D2C brands, based near JB Shah College, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333001. These terms apply to every merchant (“you”) who uses it.

02

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Clickgo, you agree to these terms and to our policies. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to act for it.

03

What we provide

  • Multi-courier shipping with rate comparison, labels, manifests and tracking.
  • COD collection reconciliation and payouts.
  • Store connections such as Shopify, plus marketing and analytics tools.

04

Pricing and commission

A one-time onboarding fee of ₹10,000 applies at signup. Clickgo charges a 4% commission on applicable order value, plus freight as shown at booking. A minimum charge per parcel may apply.

All fees are exclusive of GST. Shipping is paid from your prepaid wallet; keep enough balance to book shipments.

05

COD payouts

COD collected by couriers is paid to your registered bank account on T+4, with a UTR reference and shipment-wise breakdown, after deducting freight, commission and other dues.

06

Weight checks

Couriers may re-weigh parcels. If the chargeable weight is higher than declared, extra freight applies — typically ₹73 per additional 500g, depending on the courier and zone. You can dispute it with photos showing weight and size; approved disputes are refunded to your wallet.

07

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate business, GST, PAN, KYC and bank details and keep them updated.
  • Declare correct contents, value, weight and addresses.
  • Follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, GST law and other laws.
  • Handle your own customer service, returns and product refunds.

08

Items you can’t ship

No illegal, hazardous, flammable, counterfeit or restricted goods, cash, precious metals, or anything a courier refuses. You are responsible for any penalties or losses caused by such shipments.

09

Claims and lost parcels

Raise claims within 15 days of the last courier scan, with supporting proof.

40%of the verified order total is paid when a shipment is confirmed lost after investigation.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, Clickgo pays 40% of the verified order total — the full order amount on record, including charges in that total, not just the product price or the shipping fee.

Example: an order total of ₹1,000 gets ₹400 once the claim is approved. A late parcel is not automatically a lost parcel.

To claim, share the AWB, order details, invoice, pickup or handover proof and any other shipment evidence within 15 days of the last courier scan. We investigate with the courier and tell you the decision and payment details.

One loss is paid once. Tell us about any earlier refund, courier payment or recovered parcel so it can be adjusted. Damaged parcels are reviewed separately under the courier’s rules; the 40% rule is only for confirmed loss.

10

Third-party services

Couriers, payment gateways, Shopify and Meta are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their outages or changes.

11

Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have permission to share your customers’ details with us for delivery.

12

Our intellectual property

The Clickgo platform, software and brand belong to us. You get a limited right to use them for your business while your account is active.

13

Suspension and closing

You can close your account with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend accounts for fraud, unpaid dues, risky shipments or breaking these terms. Final balances are settled within 30 days after dues and open claims are cleared.

14

Limits of liability

Apart from the compensation set out in our policies, Clickgo is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, as far as the law allows.

15

Governing law

These terms follow Indian law. Disputes are first settled by discussion, then by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with courts in Rajasthan having jurisdiction.

16

Changes to these terms

We’ll notify you at least 7 days before important changes. Continuing to use Clickgo after that means you accept them.
