Cancellation Policy

Shipment cancellation, post-pickup restrictions, applicable charges and merchant account closure on Clickgo.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

01

Before courier pickup

Request cancellation through the available shipment controls or contact support with the AWB and order number. Do not hand over a parcel after requesting cancellation. Check the final courier-confirmed status; deleting an order or label does not itself cancel a courier booking.

02

After pickup or during transit

Once handed to the courier, ordinary cancellation may no longer be possible. Interception or return-to-origin requests depend on carrier approval and may incur forward and return charges. Clickgo cannot guarantee interception or prevent delivery after a parcel has entered the carrier network.

03

Charges & refunds

Charges already incurred remain payable. Any eligible shipping reversal is determined after carrier confirmation and reconciliation under the Refund Policy. Requesting cancellation does not automatically refund freight, platform fees or a wallet recharge.

04

Customer order cancellations

The selling merchant decides customer product cancellations and refunds under its own policies and applicable law. Cancelling a store order and cancelling its courier shipment are separate actions; merchants must confirm both where needed.

05

Account closure & outstanding shipments

Account termination requires 30 days’ written notice under the Terms & Conditions. Open shipments, claims, COD reconciliation and outstanding dues must still be resolved. Final balances are settled net of dues in accordance with those terms; closing an account does not cancel parcels already in transit.
